Rob Dorante

Rob is a ceramist living and working in the Niagara Region. He makes both practical and impractical porcelain ware. Influened by the colors that unfold throughout the seasons in the region, Rob tries to bring those to his work. Whether it is the blush of the cherry blossoms in early Spring; the brilliant greens of Summer vineyards; the oranges and reds that set the Niagara Escarpment on fire dring the Fall, or the slate sky above the blue-green wind-whipped lake in the Winter, the Niagara region never fails to infuence. Rob is a graduate of the Craft and Design/Ceramic program at Sheridan College. His work has been shown at the Gardiner Museum of Ceramics inToronto, Ontario

Candice Boese 

Candace Boese graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor of Craft and Design Degree. She has worked with tableware companies includng K.H. Wurtz and John Julian UK. She currently works from her studio in Niagara and teaches ceramics across the region.
